Nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, je\u017e dioxin p\u0159edstavuje, m\u016f\u017eeme rozsahem p\u0159irovnat pouze k n\u00e1sledk\u016fm pou\u017eit\u00ed jadern\u00e9 zbran\u011b.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <!--more--> <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na po\u010d\u00e1tku t\u0159ic\u00e1t\u00fdch let za\u010dala americk\u00e1 firma Dow Chemical vyr\u00e1b\u011bt nov\u00e9 prost\u0159edky na konzervov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u0159eviny \u2014 polychl\u00f3rfenoly, prvn\u00ed l\u00e1tky obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed dioxin. U\u017e v roce 1936 se ve st\u00e1t\u011b Mississippi objevily v masov\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku mezi d\u011bln\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed pomoc\u00ed tohoto prost\u0159edku zpracov\u00e1vali d\u0159evo, r\u016fzn\u00e9 p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b ko\u017en\u00ed choroby. Postupem doby p\u0159ich\u00e1zely zpr\u00e1vy o nov\u00fdch a nov\u00fdch analogick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech. Jejich dal\u0161\u00edmu roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed napomohla druh\u00e1 sv\u011btov\u00e1 v\u00e1lka. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tehdy byly v USA na z\u00e1klad\u011b stejn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (z\u00edsk\u00e1ny prvn\u00ed herbicidn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravky, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly v podstat\u011b hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky. M\u011bly b\u00fdt pou\u017eity k ni\u010den\u00ed vegetace v Japonsku, ale do v\u00fdzbroje americk\u00e9 arm\u00e1dy byly za\u0159azeny a\u017e po v\u00e1lce. V t\u00e9\u017ee dob\u011b se za\u010daly pou\u017e\u00edvat i pro m\u00edrov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely \u2014 k huben\u00ed plevele v obiln\u00fdch porostech, k ni\u010den\u00ed porost\u016f k\u0159ovin a strom\u016f. Vojenskopr\u016fmyslov\u00fdm kruh\u016fm USA to umo\u017enilo vybudovat ohromn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed kapacity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">R\u016fzn\u00fdch hav\u00e1ri\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f po\u0161kozen\u00ed zdrav\u00ed bylo p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek velmi mnoho, ale t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nikdy nebyla ve\u0159ejnost informov\u00e1na. Je\u0161t\u011b dnes se nev\u00ed, jak\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky zanechaly na zdrav\u00ed obyvatelstva a na \u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v letech 1961 a\u017e 1970 doch\u00e1zelo \u010dasto k \u00faniku dioxinu. Z\u00e1vody vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed dioxin pracovaly na nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed obr\u00e1tky, aby uspokojily ohromn\u00e9 vojensk\u00e9 objedn\u00e1vky arm\u00e1dy USA, kter\u00e1 herbicidy pou\u017e\u00edvala v ji\u017en\u00edm Vietnamu. K exploz\u00edm a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9mu po\u0161kozen\u00ed zdrav\u00ed nedoch\u00e1zelo pouze v tov\u00e1rn\u00e1ch v USA, ale tak\u00e9 v NSR, Holandsku, Francii, It\u00e1lii a ve Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii. S v\u00fdjimkou p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f, ke kter\u00fdm do\u0161lo ve Francii, tomu a\u017e do konce sedmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch let 20. stolet\u00ed tisk nev\u011bnoval pozornost.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K nejhor\u0161\u00edm pat\u0159ila hav\u00e1rie v tov\u00e1rn\u011b firmy Philips Duffar v roce 1963 v Amsterodamu. Po hav\u00e1rii byly v\u00fdrobn\u00ed haly demontov\u00e1ny a potopeny v oce\u00e1nu. Stra\u0161n\u00e1 byla i katastrofa v italsk\u00e9m Sevesu v roce 1976, kdy byli posti\u017eeni nejen zam\u011bstnanci tov\u00e1rny, ale i m\u00edstn\u00ed obyvatelstvo. P\u0159i likvidaci n\u00e1sledk\u016f bylo nutno na velk\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed odstranit povrchovou vrstvu orn\u00e9 p\u016fdy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159itom byla vysok\u00e1 toxicita dioxinu zji\u0161t\u011bna u\u017e v roce 1957 skupinou v\u011bdc\u016f v NSR a z\u00e1rove\u0148 i v USA po ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpadu s americk\u00fdm chemikem J. Dietrichem, kter\u00fd se v\u011bnoval synt\u00e9ze dioxinu a p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Av\u0161ak i tato skute\u010dnost byla p\u0159ed ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed utajena a slou\u010deniny syntetizovan\u00e9 J. Dietrichem p\u0159evzaly k dal\u0161\u00edmu v\u00fdzkumu vojensk\u00e9 \u00fa\u0159ady.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tehdy u\u017e dioxin jako sou\u010d\u00e1st nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f v \u0161irok\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e pronikl do techniky, zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed, textiln\u00edho a pap\u00edrensk\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu, do medic\u00edny a veterin\u00e1rn\u00edho l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed. Kolem roku 1960 dosahovala v\u00fdroba t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f impozantn\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b mnoha tis\u00edc tun ro\u010dn\u011b. Biocidn\u00ed, insekticidn\u00ed a herbicidn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravky obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed dioxin se vyv\u00e1\u017eely do velk\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zem\u00ed americk\u00e9ho evropsk\u00e9ho kontinentu, d\u00e1le do \u011bkter\u00fdch zem\u00ed Afriky a jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asie, do Austr\u00e1lie a Oce\u00e1nie. Dioxin se dost\u00e1val do orn\u00e9 p\u016fdy i vodn\u00edch ploch zna\u010dn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti sv\u011bta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pozd\u011bji se zjistilo, \u017ee herbicidy, kter\u00e9 byly v \u0161edes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech dod\u00e1v\u00e1ny na americk\u00fd vnit\u0159n\u00ed i zahrani\u010dn\u00ed trh, obsahovaly dioxin v koncentrac\u00edch stokr\u00e1t a dokonce i tis\u00edckr\u00e1t p\u0159evy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpustnou mez. Do \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed se tak v USA dostaly stovky kilogram\u016f jedu. P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b stejn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed se objevilo i na \u00fazem\u00ed st\u00e1t\u016f, kter\u00e9&nbsp; v\u00fdrobky z USA dov\u00e1\u017eely.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Polo\u010das rozpadu dioxinu v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b p\u0159esahuje deset let. Orn\u00e1 p\u016fda a dal\u0161\u00ed prvky \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed jsou jeho spolehliv\u00fdm skladovac\u00edm prostorem. V organismu teplokrevn\u00fdch zv\u00ed\u0159at se nejd\u0159\u00edve dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do tukov\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed (m\u016f\u017ee zde z\u016fstat i d\u00e9le ne\u017e sedm let) a pak se postupn\u011b hromad\u00ed v j\u00e1trech, brzl\u00edku atd. U\u017e v mal\u00fdch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 ko\u017en\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, po\u0161kozuje krvetvornou, imunitn\u00ed a nervovou soustavu. Zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 siln\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed na placentu a plod, naru\u0161uje v\u00fdvoj nov\u00e9ho organismu a to i po porodu, kdy se z\u00e1ke\u0159n\u011b soust\u0159e\u010fuje hlavn\u011b v mate\u0159sk\u00e9m ml\u00e9ku. Dioxin vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 genetick\u00e9 zm\u011bny a m\u00e1 karcinogenn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky. A jako by to v\u0161echno je\u0161t\u011b nesta\u010dilo, anom\u00e1lie lid\u00ed posti\u017een\u00fdch t\u00edmto jedem se mohou p\u0159ed\u00e1vat i d\u011bdi\u010dn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V \u010dem spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 mechanismus jeho p\u016fsoben\u00ed? Probl\u00e9m je v tom, \u017ee dioxin siln\u011b reaguje s fermentem, kter\u00fd v lidsk\u00e9m organismu hraje velkou roli. T\u00edmto fermentem je cytochr\u00f3m P-450 s velk\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch forem. V j\u00e1trech pln\u00ed obrann\u00e9 funkce a p\u0159etv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed cizorod\u00e9 l\u00e1tky na slou\u010deniny, kter\u00e9 se z organismu snadno vylu\u010duj\u00ed. V jin\u00fdch org\u00e1nech \u2014 v k\u016f\u017ei, pl\u00edc\u00edch, nadledvink\u00e1ch, za\u017e\u00edvac\u00edm traktu \u2014 se tento ferment spolupod\u00edl\u00ed na chemick\u00e9m p\u0159etv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed l\u00e1tek pro organismus nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch: hormon\u016f, neuromedi\u00e1tor\u016f, regul\u00e1tor\u016f \u017eivotn\u00edch funkc\u00ed bun\u011bk, ni\u010d\u00edm nenahraditeln\u00fdch aminokyselin &#8230; Dioxin v\u00fdrazn\u011b zvy\u0161uje aktivitu cytochr\u00f3mu (desetkr\u00e1t a\u017e stokr\u00e1t) a m\u011bn\u00ed ho z p\u0159\u00edtele na nep\u0159\u00edtele. Kdy\u017e se dioxin dostane do organismu, naru\u0161\u00ed v n\u011bm prakticky v\u0161echno: m\u011bn\u00ed l\u00e1tkovou v\u00fdm\u011bnu v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch a tk\u00e1n\u00edch, sni\u017euje jeho pracovn\u00ed schopnost a obranu proti \u0161kodliv\u00fdm vliv\u016fm, tlum\u00ed \u010dinnost jednotliv\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f. Nap\u0159\u00edklad j\u00e1tra za\u010dnou m\u011bnit celou \u0159adu ne\u0161kodn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek \u2014 p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch i syntetick\u00fdch \u2014 na jedy, kter\u00e9 jsou pro organismus vysoce nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159\u00edrod\u011b dnes samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nehroz\u00ed pouze zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dioxinem. Ekologick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho. Ale m\u00e1lokdo v\u00ed, \u017ee dioxin mimo jin\u00e9 zvy\u0161uje citlivost \u017eiv\u00e9ho organismu na jin\u00e1 xenobiotika, na nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u010distoty obsa\u017een\u00e9 v \u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U\u017e v sedmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech byly p\u0159i pokusech na zv\u00ed\u0159atech prok\u00e1z\u00e1ny v\u0161echny z\u00e1ke\u0159n\u00e9 vlastnosti dioxinu. Ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed kruhy USA v\u0161ak potvrdily, \u017ee tyto \u00fadaje nelze bez p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch d\u016fkaz\u016f aplikovat na \u010dlov\u011bka. Vietnam\u0161t\u00ed v\u011bdci v\u0161ak d\u016fkazy p\u0159edlo\u017eili.<br \/>Vietnam je toti\u017e jedinou zem\u00ed na sv\u011bt\u011b, proti n\u00ed\u017e byla vedena skute\u010dn\u00e1 chemick\u00e1 v\u00e1lka. Ve Vietnamu bylo zni\u010deno 25 000 km2 les\u016f, 13 000 km2 osevn\u00edch ploch, posti\u017eeno bylo p\u016fldruh\u00e9ho mili\u00f3nu lidi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kdy\u017e se za\u010dteme do materi\u00e1l\u016f ze \u0161edes\u00e1t\u00fdch let, p\u0159ekvap\u00ed n\u00e1s, jak ohromn\u00fd prostor byl v USA v\u011bnov\u00e1n propagand\u011b nov\u00e9ho druhu zbran\u00ed masov\u00e9ho ni\u010den\u00ed. Byl pro n\u011bj zvolen nevinn\u00fd n\u00e1zev defolianty \u2014 prost\u0159edky zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00ed opad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed list\u016f. Ve ve\u0159ejn\u011b publikovan\u00fdch p\u0159edpisech arm\u00e1dy USA mu byla p\u0159isuzov\u00e1na \u00faloha pomocn\u00edka p\u0159i demaskov\u00e1n\u00ed partyz\u00e1n\u016f a ni\u010den\u00ed jejich potravinov\u00e9 z\u00e1kladny. Tisk dokonce vychvaloval hum\u00e1nnost tohoto druhu zbran\u00ed. Vysoce postaven\u00ed p\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 arm\u00e1dy a vl\u00e1dy USA ve sv\u00fdch prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edch zaru\u010dovali naprostou bezpe\u010dnost pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ve skute\u010dnosti to byla zbra\u0148 ekocidy a genocidy. Pokrokov\u00ed ameri\u010dt\u00ed v\u011bdci pozvedli jako prvn\u00ed sv\u016fj hlas v boji proti chemick\u00e9 v\u00e1lce ve Vietnamu. Jejich vystoupen\u00ed v\u0161ak z\u016fstalo bez pov\u0161imnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podle ne\u00fapln\u00fdch ofici\u00e1ln\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f pou\u017eily USA v letech 1961 a\u017e 1972 ve Vietnamu 96 000 tun herbicid\u016f, z nich\u017e 57 000 tun obsahovalo dioxin. Utajen\u00fdmi z\u016fstaly zpr\u00e1vy o rozsahu manipulace s herbicidy v Laosu a v Kambod\u017ei (nemluv\u011b ani o prvn\u00ed zkou\u0161ce vojensk\u00e9ho vyu\u017eiti herbicid\u016f v Ji\u017en\u00ed Koreji). M\u016f\u017eeme pouze vych\u00e1zet z toho, \u017ee v \u0161edes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech se jen v\u00fdroba herbicid\u016f obsahuj\u00edc\u00edch dioxin zv\u00fd\u0161ila na z\u00e1klad\u011b vojensk\u00fdch objedn\u00e1vek o v\u00edce ne\u017e 100 000 tun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Auto\u0159i \u010dl\u00e1nku m\u011bli n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t mo\u017enost pob\u00fdvat ve Vietnamu. To, co tam \u010dlov\u011bk vid\u00ed a sly\u0161\u00ed, se vymyk\u00e1 jak\u00e9koliv p\u0159edstavivosti. Obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b smutn\u00e9 vzpom\u00ednky zanech\u00e1v\u00e1 zoufalstv\u00ed mnoha vietnamsk\u00fdch \u017een, kter\u00e9 p\u0159i\u0161ly o nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed radost \u2014 o mo\u017enost m\u00edt zdrav\u00e9 d\u011bti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jak vyplynulo z v\u00fdzkum\u016f, jsou anom\u00e1lie v chromoz\u00f3mech Vietnamc\u016f zasa\u017een\u00fdch herbicidy stejn\u011b jako u obyvatel Hiro\u0161imy, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159e\u017eili atomov\u00e9 bombardov\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u00fdskyt onemocn\u011bn\u00ed rakovinou jater se v posti\u017een\u00fdch oblastech Vietnamu v letech v\u00e1lky zv\u00fd\u0161il a\u017e t\u0159ikr\u00e1t a st\u00e1le je velmi vysok\u00fd. V rodin\u00e1ch, kde mu\u017e a \u017eena nebo alespo\u0148 jeden z nich byli vystaveni p\u016fsoben\u00ed herbicid\u016f nebo \u017eili na zasa\u017een\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed, se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161il po\u010det vrozen\u00fdch vad u d\u011bt\u00ed: nedostate\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdvin hlavy, vodnatelnost mozku, chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed nos, o\u010di, u\u0161i, horn\u00ed \u010delist nebo dokonce i cel\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla \u2014 p\u0159edlokt\u00ed, b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed st\u011bna atd. Mnoh\u00e9 z t\u011bchto odchylek nebyly dosud v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 jin\u00e9 oblasti sv\u011bta zji\u0161t\u011bny. Nejhrozn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1sledky vyvolaly p\u0159\u00edpravky zn\u00e1m\u00e9 pod n\u00e1zvem Orange Agent, kter\u00e9 obsahovaly vysoce toxick\u00fd a v \u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed stabiln\u00ed dioxin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V roce 1983 bylo v Ho \u010ci Minov\u011b M\u011bst\u011b na mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm sympoziu, kter\u00e9 se zab\u00fdvalo nep\u0159\u00edm\u00fdmi d\u016fsledky chemick\u00e9 v\u00e1lky ve Vietnamu, poprv\u00e9 ve\u0159ejn\u011b konstatov\u00e1no vysoce nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 p\u016fsoben\u00ed dioxinu na \u010dlov\u011bka. A ve stejn\u00e9 dob\u011b byl dioxin st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed herbicid\u016f a i nad\u00e1le se pou\u017e\u00edval pro m\u00edrov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely. Jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad zn\u00e1my p\u0159\u00edpady jeho rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i ni\u010den\u00ed vegetace v \u00fadol\u00ed \u0159eky Tocantins v Braz\u00edlii (realiz\u00e1torem byla firma Dow Chemical).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V SSSR byla v roce 1973 zak\u00e1z\u00e1na v\u00fdroba a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edho zdroje, z n\u011bho\u017e dioxin pronikal do \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed \u2014 herbicidu 2, 4, 5-T. Dioxin m\u00e1 v\u0161ak je\u0161t\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed zadn\u00ed vr\u00e1tka. Do p\u0159\u00edrody pronik\u00e1 spole\u010dn\u011b s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi produkty deriv\u00e1t\u016f chl\u00f3ru, s jejich odpady, p\u0159i spalov\u00e1n\u00ed smet\u00ed v kamnech &#8230; Velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed t\u011bchto druhotn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 obavy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Probl\u00e9m dioxinu se net\u00fdk\u00e1 jen jednotliv\u00fdch region\u00e1ln\u00edch a n\u00e1rodn\u00edch z\u00e1jm\u016f.
