Je pravdou, \u017ee jen skute\u010dn\u011b m\u00e1lo lid\u00ed v\u00ed o Tibetu v\u00edce ne\u017e jen Tibet = poru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v. Rozhodl jsem se proto d\u00e1t dohromady n\u011bjak\u00e9 informace a poskytnout je k dispozici sem, aby bylo jasn\u00e9, \u017ee ot\u00e1zka Tibetu nen\u00ed tak jednoduch\u00e1 a postaven\u00ed Dalajl\u00e1my a \u010c\u00edny nen\u00ed tak jednozna\u010dn\u00e9.  <\/p>\n<p> \u010cl\u00e1nek napsal Josef V\u00edt a vy\u0161el ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve na Britsk\u00fdm listech pod n\u00e1zvem: Tibet m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enosti rozvoje v r\u00e1mci \u010c\u00edny ne\u017e jako samostatn\u00fd.  <\/p>\n<p> <!--more--> <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\" class=\"main\">10.b\u0159ezna slav\u00ed n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed spoluob\u010dan\u00e9 den Tibetu. Na n\u011bkter\u00fdch radnic\u00edch se vyv\u011b\u0161uj\u00ed vlajky Tibetu. O Tibetu se mluv\u00ed v radiu i v televizi, p\u00ed\u0161e se o n\u011bm v novin\u00e1ch. V\u0161ichni v ten den uct\u00edvaj\u00ed \u2026.. uct\u00edvaj\u00ed co? Kolik z nich zn\u00e1 historii Tibetu? Skoro nikdo. Mluv\u00ed se hlavn\u011b o &quot;lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1vech&quot;. \u010cesk\u00fdm politik\u016fm apk tit\u00ed\u017e aktivist\u00e9 vyt\u00fdkaj\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159i n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u00e1ch \u010c\u00edny m\u00e1lo mluv\u00ed o lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1vech. Z\u00e1padn\u00ed politici se nikdy nenam\u00e1haj\u00ed mluvit s \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdmi politiky o lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1vech. Mluv\u00ed o nov\u00fdch fabrik\u00e1ch, mluv\u00ed o tom, co by mohli do \u010c\u00edny dov\u00e9zt, ale o lidsk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va jim nejde.<br \/> \u00a0<\/span><\/span>  <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\" class=\"main\">Lidsk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va jsou tak dobr\u00e1 jako d\u016fvod k v\u00e1lce proti mal\u00fdm a slab\u00fdm, ale kdy\u017e jde o k\u0161efty, mus\u00ed v\u0161echno stranou. \u010c\u00edn\u011b nelze vyhro\u017eovat. Na obchodu s \u010c\u00ednou jde dob\u0159e vyd\u011blat. <\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\" class=\"main\">Faktem je, \u017ee nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed Tibe\u0165an je dalajl\u00e1ma. Ale Tibet nen\u00ed dalajl\u00e1ma. Tento vzd\u011blan\u00fd a jist\u011b dobr\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk bojuje za nez\u00e1vislost Tibetu, ale ne tak doslova. Je to realista a proto bojuje za ur\u010dit\u00fd typ samospr\u00e1vy a svobodu \u2013 hlavn\u011b svobodu n\u00e1bo\u017eenskou. O tu mu jde hlavn\u011b. O skute\u010dnou demokracii m\u00e9n\u011b \u2013 v Tibetu toti\u017e demokracie nikdy nebyla. <\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\" class=\"main\">Kdy\u017e p\u0159ed lety byl Tibet asi pades\u00e1t let svobodn\u00fd \u2013 bez \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 nadvl\u00e1dy \u2013 vl\u00e1dl tam krut\u00fd feud\u00e1ln\u00ed a n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00fd re\u017eim. A to bylo v dob\u011b, kdy v Evrop\u011b u\u017e byla ur\u010dit\u00e1 forma demokracie. Jen\u017ee dalajlama nen\u00ed s\u00e1m. \u017divot v Tibetu byl a je siln\u011b religiozn\u00ed \u2013 a nebyl to \u017eivot lehk\u00fd. Cel\u00e1 stalet\u00ed tam vl\u00e1dli n\u00e1bo\u017een\u0161t\u00ed v\u016fdci. A hlavn\u011b ti se sna\u017e\u00ed o navr\u00e1cen\u00ed star\u00fdch po\u0159\u00e1dk\u016f. <\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\" class=\"main\">A jak je to s lidsk\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vy v Tibetu? M\u00e1lokdo u n\u00e1s v\u00ed, \u017ee moc mnich\u016f v okol\u00ed jejich kl\u00e1\u0161ter\u016f byla ni\u010d\u00edm neomezen\u00e1. Kolik z nich v\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159ed pades\u00e1ti lety byly v Tibetu je\u0161t\u011b lidsk\u00e9 ob\u011bti? Cht\u011bj\u00ed n\u00e1vrat takov\u00fdch po\u0159\u00e1dk\u016f? Nebo doufaj\u00ed v polep\u0161en\u00ed nov\u00fdch budouc\u00edch vl\u00e1dc\u016f? <\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\" class=\"main\">Dnes, v dob\u011b internetu nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m si naj\u00edt \u010dl\u00e1nky o Tibetu a dozv\u011bd\u011bt se, jak\u00fd byl Tibet v minulosti. A jak\u00fd by mohl b\u00fdt, kdyby nebylo \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 okupace. Dalo by se \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee za \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 nadvl\u00e1dy je v Tibetu v\u00edce demokracie a svobody, ne\u017e kdy j\u00ed tam bylo v minulosti. \u010c\u00edna v Tibetu zav\u00e1d\u00ed \u0161koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zku pro v\u0161echny d\u011bti. Mni\u0161i v minulosti nem\u011bli z\u00e1jem o vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed obyvatelstva. To\u010dit modlitebn\u00edmi ml\u00fdnky se nau\u010dil ka\u017ed\u00fd a po\u010d\u00edtat ot\u00e1\u010dky p\u0159i tom nemusel. <\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\" class=\"main\">Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee invaze \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch kolonist\u016f do Tibetu znamen\u00e1 pro Tibe\u0165any ur\u010dit\u00e9 odn\u00e1rodn\u011bn\u00ed. Jen\u017ee to je celosv\u011btov\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Exodus z chud\u00fdch zem\u00ed t\u0159et\u00edho sv\u011bta do Evropy a Hisp\u00e1nc\u016f do Ameriky je tak\u00e9 fenom\u00e9n, kter\u00e9mu je se t\u011b\u017eko br\u00e1nit. V\u017edy\u0165 v USA jsou obrovsk\u00e1 \u00fazem\u00ed, kde se anglicky nedomluv\u00edte a ve velk\u00fdch m\u011bstech na z\u00e1pad\u011b mus\u00ed policist\u00e9 mluvit tak\u00e9 \u0161pan\u011blsky. V Asii je to rozp\u00ednavost \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho elementu. A nen\u00ed to jen do Tibetu.<\/span><\/span>  <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"> \u00a0 <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\" class=\"main\">Prost\u011b ot\u00e1zka Tibetu nen\u00ed tak jednoduch\u00e1, jak se n\u00e1m ji n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 sna\u017e\u00ed uk\u00e1zat. Tibet m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enosti rozvoje v r\u00e1mci \u010c\u00edny ne\u017e jako samostatn\u00fd. Jako sou\u010d\u00e1st \u010c\u00edny se m\u016f\u017ee pod\u00edlet na obrovsk\u00e9m rozvoji v oblasti. Jako samostatn\u00fd st\u00e1t by sklouzl zp\u00e1tky do historie kde by op\u011bt vl\u00e1dli mni\u0161i a n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed by ovl\u00e1dalo ve\u0161ker\u00fd \u017eivot. A s ka\u017ed\u00fdm n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00edm jsou probl\u00e9my, jak napsal ned\u00e1vno pan Kal\u00e1b. Vkr\u00e1d\u00e1 se analogie s isl\u00e1msk\u00fdm st\u00e1tem a z\u00e1kony \u0161arija. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00fd st\u00e1t nen\u00ed demokratick\u00fd. A k demokracii je cesta dlouh\u00e1 a trnit\u00e1, jak se m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit nyn\u00ed v Ir\u00e1ku. <\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V\u010dera jsem se sv\u00fdm kolegou narazil na ot\u00e1zku Tibetu.
