(33)<br \/> Inkvizi\u010dn\u00ed soud trestal krom\u011b odsouzen\u00e9ho tak\u00e9 jeho d\u011bti a potomky \u2014 n\u011bkdy a\u017e do t\u0159et\u00edho pokolen\u00ed \u2014, kte\u0159\u00ed byli zbaveni nejen d\u011bdictv\u00ed, ale i ob\u010dansk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v.<br \/> Nicolau Eymerich zd\u016fvod\u0148oval pr\u00e1vo inkvizice trestat d\u011bti za provin\u011bn\u00ed otc\u016f takto: \u201eL\u00edtost v\u016f\u010di d\u011btem vin\u00edka (kac\u00ed\u0159e \u2014 I. G.), kter\u00e9 mus\u00ed \u017eebrat, nem\u016f\u017ee zm\u00edrnit tento p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fd rozsudek, nebo\u0165 v souladu s bo\u017e\u00edmi i lidsk\u00fdmi z\u00e1kony jsou d\u011bti trest\u00e1ny za chyby sv\u00fdch rodi\u010d\u016f. V\u00fdjimku z tohoto pravidla netvo\u0159\u00ed ani d\u011bti kac\u00ed\u0159\u016f, i kdy\u017e jsou katol\u00edci, a nem\u00e1 jim b\u00fdt nic poskytov\u00e1no (z majetku otce \u2014 I. G.), ani to, co jim n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed podle p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va.&quot; (34)<br \/> Oby\u010dejn\u00e9 c\u00edrkevn\u00ed tresty ukl\u00e1dan\u00e9 inkvizic\u00ed, jako od\u0159\u00edk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed modliteb, nav\u0161t\u011bvov\u00e1n\u00ed kostel\u016f, dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed post\u016f, p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 zachov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00edrkevn\u00edch ob\u0159ad\u016f, putov\u00e1n\u00ed do \u201esvat\u00fdch&quot; m\u00eds\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky na dobro\u010dinn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely, se li\u0161ily od stejn\u00fdch trest\u016f ukl\u00e1dan\u00fdch zpov\u011bdn\u00edky t\u00edm, \u017ee inkvizice je p\u0159edpisovala ve zna\u010dn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch. P\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 zachov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00edrkevn\u00edch ob\u0159ad\u016f, od\u0159\u00edk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed modliteb (n\u011bkdy se ukl\u00e1dalo opakovat v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti sv\u011bdk\u016f desetkr\u00e1t za den jedny a tyt\u00e9\u017e modlitby), vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed posty, p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky na dobro\u010dinn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely a \u010detn\u00e1 putov\u00e1n\u00ed do r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u201esvat\u00fdch&quot; m\u00edst (v\u0161echny tyto tresty byly ukl\u00e1d\u00e1ny jedn\u00e9 a t\u00e9\u017ee osob\u011b) byly velkou p\u0159\u00edt\u011b\u017e\u00ed, je\u017e trvala n\u011bkdy cel\u00e1 l\u00e9ta. P\u0159itom sebemen\u0161\u00ed nedodr\u017een\u00ed ulo\u017een\u00fdch trest\u016f mohlo m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek nov\u00e9 zat\u010den\u00ed a je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tresty. Tyto c\u00edrkevn\u00ed tresty byly skute\u010dn\u00fdmi \u201ehrdinsk\u00fdmi \u010diny pobo\u017enosti&quot; a \u201evin\u00edka&quot; tr\u00fdznily nejen du\u0161evn\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 \u00fapln\u011b zb\u00edda\u010dovaly jeho sam\u00e9ho i jeho rodinu.<br \/> Ve 13. stolet\u00ed byla dosti obl\u00edben\u00fdm trestem povinn\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dast v k\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u00fdch v\u00fdprav\u00e1ch, av\u0161ak inkvizito\u0159i od n\u011bho pozd\u011bji upustili, nebo\u0165 se ob\u00e1vali, \u017ee b\u00fdval\u00ed kac\u00ed\u0159i \u201enakaz\u00ed&quot; k\u0159i\u017e\u00e1ky.<br \/> Jestli\u017ee v\u0161ak byly tak vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed \u201elehk\u00e9&quot; tresty, lze si p\u0159edstavit, jak\u00fdm b\u0159emenem byly pro ob\u011bti inkvizice \u201eponi\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed&quot; tresty. V t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech se vedle v\u0161ech uveden\u00fdch c\u00edrkevn\u00edch trest\u016f ukl\u00e1dalo je\u0161t\u011b no\u0161en\u00ed potupn\u00fdch znamen\u00ed, zaveden\u00fdch poprv\u00e9 sv. Dominikem v roce 1208 a \u201ezdokonalen\u00fdch&quot; pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi inkvizitory, v podob\u011b na\u0161it\u00fdch velk\u00fdch pruh\u016f pl\u00e1tna \u0161afr\u00e1nov\u00e9 barvy ve tvaru k\u0159\u00ed\u017ee. Ve \u0160pan\u011blsku musel odsouzen\u00fd kac\u00ed\u0159 nosit \u017elutou kosili bez ruk\u00e1v\u016f. s na\u0161it\u00fdmi postavami \u010dert\u016f a \u0161lehaj\u00edc\u00edmi plameny z \u010derven\u00e9 l\u00e1tky; na hlav\u011b m\u011bl nasazenu \u0161a\u0161kovskou \u010depici.<br \/> Od\u011bv s na\u0161it\u00fdmi potupn\u00fdmi znamen\u00edmi musel odsouzen\u00fd kac\u00ed\u0159 nosit doma, na ulici i V zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, nej\u010dast\u011bji a\u017e do sv\u00e9 smrti, a byl-li od\u011bv ji\u017e vetch\u00fd, musel si po\u0159\u00eddit stejn\u00fd nov\u00fd. Jeho majitel byl p\u0159edm\u011btem neust\u00e1l\u00fdch posm\u011b\u0161k\u016f ostatn\u00edch lid\u00ed, a\u010dkoli koncily licom\u011brn\u011b vyz\u00fdvaly v\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed, aby se k t\u011bmto lidem chovali \u201elaskav\u011b a s l\u00edtost\u00ed&quot;. A tak se, jak \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Lea, no\u0161en\u00ed \u201ek\u0159\u00ed\u017ee, tohoto posv\u00e1tn\u00e9ho znamen\u00ed k\u0159es\u0165anstv\u00ed, stalo jedn\u00edm z nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edch trest\u016f.&quot; (35)<br \/> Mezi \u201ep\u0159\u00edkladn\u00e9&quot; tresty ukl\u00e1dan\u00e9 ob\u011btem inkvizice pat\u0159ilo ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 mrsk\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016ftkami. Odsouzence, obna\u017een\u00e9ho po p\u00e1s, bil kn\u011bz za p\u0159\u00edtomnosti v\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00edch v kostele p\u0159i m\u0161i; bi\u010dovali ho rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0159i n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00fdch proces\u00edch; jednou m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b musel chodit po m\u0161i poloobna\u017een\u00fd do dom\u016f, kde \u201eh\u0159e\u0161il&quot;, tj. setk\u00e1val se s kac\u00ed\u0159i, a tam ho tak\u00e9 mrskali. Velmi \u010dasto byl odsouzen\u00fd kac\u00ed\u0159 podrobov\u00e1n t\u00e9to exekuci po cel\u00fd sv\u016fj \u017eivot. Zprostit ho tohoto trestu, stejn\u011b jako ostatn\u00edch, mohl jen jeden \u010dlov\u011bk, ten, kter\u00fd mu ho ulo\u017eil \u2014 inkvizitor, a to bylo mo\u017en\u00e9, jak je\u0161t\u011b uvid\u00edme, za ur\u010dit\u00fdch podm\u00ednek.<br \/> Dal\u0161\u00edm trestem bylo uv\u011bzn\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e do\u017eivotn\u00ed v\u011bzen\u00ed bylo pova\u017eov\u00e1no za nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed stupe\u0148 milosrdenstv\u00ed. Uv\u011bzn\u011bn\u00ed bylo troj\u00edho druhu: t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 v\u011bzen\u00ed (murus strictissimus), kdy odsouzen\u00fd kac\u00ed\u0159 byl v cele s\u00e1m a byl spout\u00e1n na rukou i na nohou; p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 v\u011bzen\u00ed (murus strictus durus arctus), kdy odsouzenec byl v cele s\u00e1m a byl spout\u00e1n na nohou a n\u011bkdy byl p\u0159ikov\u00e1n ke zdi; oby\u010dejn\u00e9 v\u011bzen\u00ed, kdy v\u011bz\u0148ov\u00e9 byli um\u00edst\u011bni ve spole\u010dn\u00fdch cel\u00e1ch a nem\u011bli pouta. Ve v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00edpadech dost\u00e1vali v\u011bz\u0148ov\u00e9 k j\u00eddlu jen chl\u00e9b a vodu a le\u017eeli na ot\u00fdpce sl\u00e1my. Nedovoloval se jim \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd styk s okoln\u00edm sv\u011btem. Eymerich pova\u017eoval za nutn\u00e9, aby v\u011bzn\u011b nav\u0161t\u011bvovali jen horliv\u00ed katol\u00edci, ale ne \u017eeny a prost\u00ed lid\u00e9, nebo\u0165 odsouzen\u00ed kac\u00ed\u0159i maj\u00ed sklon znovu upadnout do kac\u00ed\u0159stv\u00ed a snadno j\u00edm mohou \u201enakazit&quot; druh\u00e9.<br \/> V\u011bze\u0148 inkvizice mohl samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, jestli\u017ee m\u011bl ukryt\u00e9 prost\u0159edky, podplatit dozorce a zajistit si tak ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u00falevy a v\u00fdhody. To v\u0161ak bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 je\u0159i m\u00e1lokdy, proto\u017ee inkvizito\u0159i znali prodejnost dozorc\u016f, bedliv\u011b je sledovali a p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b trestali ty, kdo m\u011bli nedovolen\u00e9 styky s vezni.<br \/> St\u00e1valo se, \u017ee inkvizito\u0159i za zradu nebo jin\u00e9 slu\u017eby, a n\u011bkdy tak\u00e9 proto, \u017ee nem\u011bli vhodn\u00e9 v\u011bzen\u00ed, n\u011bkter\u00e9 sv\u00e9 ob\u011bti pou\u0161t\u011bli na svobodu. Nebyla to v\u0161ak nikdy amnestie nebo rehabilitace odsouzen\u00fdch kac\u00ed\u0159\u016f. V souladu s pokyny Inocence IV. z roku 1247 inkvizito\u0159i, kdy\u017e propou\u0161t\u011bli v\u011bzn\u011b, ho upozor\u0148ovali, \u017ee p\u0159i prvn\u00edm podez\u0159en\u00ed bude ihned zat\u010den a krut\u011b potrest\u00e1n bez procesu a vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed.<br \/> Cel\u00fd \u017eivot b\u00fdval\u00e9ho v\u011bzn\u011b inkvizice, jak \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Lea, \u201en\u00e1le\u017eel ml\u010denliv\u00e9mu a tajemn\u00e9mu soudci, kter\u00fd jej mohl zma\u0159it, ani\u017e vyslechl ospravedln\u011bn\u00ed a vy\u0161et\u0159il p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny. Byl jednou prov\u017edy hl\u00edd\u00e1n inkvizi\u010dn\u00ed polici\u00ed sest\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed z far\u00e1\u0159e, mnich\u016f a c\u00edrkevn\u00edch osob, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli pod\u00e1vat hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed o ka\u017ed\u00e9m poru\u0161en\u00ed trestu, jen\u017e mu byl ulo\u017een, a o ka\u017ed\u00e9m podez\u0159el\u00e9m slovu a \u010cinu; za tato provin\u011bn\u00ed byl nemilosrdn\u011b trest\u00e1n jako kac\u00ed\u0159-recidivista. Osobn\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edtel mohl takov\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka velmi snadno zni\u010dit, a to t\u00edm sp\u00ed\u0161e, \u017ee udava\u010d v\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee jeho jm\u00e9no bude zachov\u00e1no v tajnosti. Zcela opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u011b litujeme ob\u011bti hranic a \u017eal\u00e1\u0159\u016f, byl v\u0161ak jejich \u00fad\u011bl smutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e \u00fad\u011bl velk\u00e9ho poctu mu\u017e\u016f a \u017een, kte\u0159\u00ed se stali otroky inkvizice pot\u00e9, kdy jim ud\u011blila sv\u00e9 licom\u011brn\u00e9 milosrdenstv\u00ed?&quot; (36)<br \/> Ve 13. stolet\u00ed na\u0159izovali inkvizito\u0159i po odsouzen\u00ed kac\u00ed\u0159e rozbo\u0159it a srovnat se zem\u00ed jeho d\u016fm. Postupem doby v\u0161ak nabyla vrchu touha zmocnit se jeho majetku a inkvizice upustila od podobn\u00e9ho postupu.<br \/> Inkvizito\u0159i ve \u0160pan\u011blsk\u00fdch a portugalsk\u00fdch koloni\u00edch odsuzovali sv\u00e9 ob\u011bti krom\u011b jin\u00fdch trest\u016f k nucen\u00fdm prac\u00edm, pou\u017e\u00edvali jich jako otrok\u016f v kl\u00e1\u0161terech nebo je pos\u00edlali do \u0160pan\u011blska na galeje, kde byli p\u0159ipout\u00e1ni k sedadl\u016fm a vesl\u016fm.  <\/p>\n<p> Pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed    <\/p>\n<p> Z knihy: Grigulevi\u010d, I.: D\u011bjiny inkvizice.
